• Upitched does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the success, viability, or accuracy of any business listed on the platform.
• We do not participate in, nor are we responsible for, any investment decisions, negotiations, or transactions between founders and investors.
• Use of our platform is at your own risk. Users should perform independent due diligence before pursuing any connection or investment opportunity.
• Upitched provides visibility to investors by displaying business pitches on the platform, which may result in investor interest. However, submitting a pitch does not guarantee introductions, investor contact, or funding outcomes.
• AI Pitch Score: This is an automated, informational analysis based on your submitted materials. Results may vary and are provided as-is, with no guarantee of alignment to your personal expectations.
• Upitched offers optional paid services, including:
• AI Pitch Score ($79 USD one-time): Automated GPT-5 analysis of your pitch deck and video, delivering a score and feedback.
• Investor Intro Requests (flat fee per intro): Investors pay a one-time fee, displayed at checkout, to request a direct introduction to a business.
• Paying for an Investor Intro Request provides access to founder contact information and the opportunity to initiate an introduction; it does not guarantee that founders will respond or engage.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Upitched has no liability for outcomes related to paid services. Payments cover platform access and administrative functions only.
• Upitched solely provides a platform for visibility and introductory communication.
• We do not guarantee funding, success, investor responses, or business outcomes.
• We are not liable for business failures, misrepresentations, or financial losses arising from connections made on our platform. All decisions are your own.
• Our AI pitch scores and feedback are generated by proprietary GPT-5 models. These scores are informational only and do not constitute financial advice or due diligence.
• Upitched is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI outputs.
• By submitting a pitch, founders grant Upitched a royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote their content on the platform.
• You retain ownership of your intellectual property but authorize us to use excerpts, thumbnails, and data points for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Upitched collects user data (such as names, emails, and payment details) strictly for platform functionality.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe; we do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.
• Users agree not to submit false, misleading, illegal, or plagiarized content.
• Upitched may remove any pitch or suspend any user account violating these terms or engaging in spam, fraud, or abusive conduct.
• Upitched may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
